Claudio Sadler's "Trinacria" is a 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a very high density and veiling; it has an intense green colour with golden yellow reflections and is obtained from some of the most common varieties of olives in Sicily (Nocellara del Belice - Cerasuola - Biancolilla).
The latter have very different characteristics in terms of colour, fragrance and taste, but skillfully blended in the right percentages, they manage to express an excellent and delicate harmony in this oil.
The result is a medium-light fruity oil with a clean and persistent aroma, hints of fresh fruit and a spicy aftertaste. It goes well with all the ingredients of the Mediterranean diet. It excels both raw and cooked.
